Pandey Mobile & Watch Company

Our shop, Pandey Mobile & Watch Company, is located at C 90 on 25feet Road in Jai Vihar 1. It’s a bit of an interesting mix because we handle both mobile phones and watches. You don’t see that too often these days. Najafgarh is a busy place and this road sees a lot of foot traffic, especially in the evenings. We’ve been here long enough to see kids grow up and start bringing in their own devices for repair. We fix all sorts of things, from a simple watch battery replacement to more complicated mobile phone motherboard issues. The shop itself is pretty modest. We have a glass display for the watches and a small area in the back where the actual repair work happens. It’s often a bit dusty because of the construction work nearby, but we try to keep the display clean. We don't have a huge staff, usually it's just a couple of us managing everything. If you need a new strap for an old watch or a screen guard for a new phone, we usually have those in stock. We don't use any slick sales talk here. We just tell you what's wrong and how much it will cost to fix. Sometimes we can't fix something, and we’re honest about that too. It’s a straightforward business in a hardworking part of town. We just try to do right by the people who live around here.
