Panache Events is run out of House Number 155-E in Pocket-4 of Mayur Vihar Phase-1. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s got a very different vibe than the big business districts in Delhi. The office is basically part of the house, which makes it feel very personal and local. We have a couple of rooms set up with computers and desks that are almost always cluttered with folders and notes. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the birds in the morning and the neighbors chatting in the afternoon. We don’t have any fancy signage or a big reception area; it’s just a doorbell you ring to get in. Most of the time, the space is filled with the sound of someone planning a schedule or coordinating with a vendor. It gets a bit crowded when we have all our staff in, but we like the closeness of it. There’s an old fan in the main room that wobbles a bit, and we have a small tea station that gets used a lot throughout the day. We’ve lived and worked in this area for quite a while, so we know the local shops and the best places to get a quick snack. It’s a very grounded way to work, without all the pressure of a high-rise office. We just focus on getting our tasks done and making sure everything is ready for the next event on our list. It’s just us, working away in our corner of Mayur Vihar.
