Pal Telecom & Watch Company is tucked away in Prem Nagar, Janakpuri. We're at 71/154. It’s a dual-purpose kind of place where we look at watches and phones. You’ll see a lot of small tools and tiny parts on the counters. It’s a bit of a hobby turned into a job for some of us. We aren't a big chain, just a small shop on the street. People come in with broken screens or watches that stopped ticking years ago. We do our best to take a look and see what can be done. It’s slow work sometimes, especially with the old watches. The shop gets a bit dusty, even though we try to clean it. Janakpuri is a nice enough place to be. We’ve got regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we don't use a lot of jargon. We just tell them if it can be fixed or if it’s time for a new one. It’s a very simple operation here. There’s no marketing department, just us sitting behind the glass. We like the quiet rhythm of the work. Sometimes we just chat with the neighbors while working. It’s a decent way to spend the day. Nothing fancy, just a small business trying to keep things ticking along for our customers in the neighborhood.
