Ortel Overseas

Ortel Overseas operates from unit 212 in the Patparganj Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been down these roads, you know it’s a lot of hustle and bustle with trucks and workers everywhere. We’ve got our space set up to handle the overseas side of things, which basically means a lot of sorting, packing, and making sure the labels are right. It’s a dusty part of town, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. We aren't one of those big corporations with fancy lobbies. Our place is basically a workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the quality is okay before anything leaves the building. It gets hot in the summers, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. There is always a list of things to do, and usually, something unexpected pops up by noon. We’ve learned to just go with the flow and solve problems as they happen. The staff here has been around for a while, so we all know how the system works. It’s a lot of physical work combined with keeping an eye on the clock. We just want to keep things moving smoothly. There’s no secret to it, just staying organized and showing up every morning ready to work. It’s a solid spot in Patparganj and it serves us well for what we do. We try to keep things simple and get through the manifest every day.
