Open Mobile Communication

We are located in Mahavir Enclave on the Old Som Bazar Road, at R-Z-B-5. Open Mobile Communication is the name of our shop. We do a bit of everything related to phones. If someone drops their phone and the screen shatters into pieces, they usually bring it to us to see if it can be saved. We also help people who are having trouble with their software or just need a new battery because their old one won't hold a charge for more than an hour. The shop is small and it gets quite crowded on market days when everyone is out on Som Bazar Road. We have rows of cases and screen protectors on the walls and some old posters that have been there forever. It’s a lot of sitting at the workbench with very small tools and a magnifying glass. My brother and I run the place together. We’ve been here for quite a few years now and have seen many different phone models come and go through our doors. Some are easy to fix and others are a real headache that take all day. We don’t really do much in terms of fancy displays or lights. Most of our customers are locals from Mahavir Enclave who know we will give them a straight answer about whether a device is worth the repair cost or not. It is a busy life but we like being right in the middle of the market where everything is happening. We just try to keep the shop open late.
