Our spot is over in East of Kailash 2, and honestly, it’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. It’s just a small room filled with sim card packets, lamination machines, and various plastic bins for spare parts. The floor has a few tiles that are a bit loose, so you have to watch your step when you walk in. Most days, it’s just me or my brother sitting here, handling recharges or trying to explain to someone why their data isn't working. It’s a simple business. We don't have any big flashy displays or leather chairs for people to sit in. Just a couple of plastic stools if you need to wait while we fix a charging port. The morning starts with sweeping the front and getting the computer started. It’s often quiet until about eleven, then the rush starts. We handle a lot of paperwork for new connections, which can be a bit of a bore, but it’s necessary for the job. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, maybe a light blue or something, but we never seem to find the time to get around to it. Outside, the street is usually lined with parked cars and people walking to the nearby shops. It’s a decent area to be in. We just take things as they come, helping people get their phones sorted so they can get back to their day without any more hassle.
