Om Accessories Point

Our shop is located at shop number 5 on Dal Mill Road in Uttam Nagar. It’s a busy area and the road can get pretty dusty with all the trucks and rickshaws going by. We spend our days surrounded by all kinds of accessories, mostly for phones and small electronics. It’s a small space, so we have to use every bit of the walls to hang things up. You might find us sitting behind the counter tinkering with a charger or helping someone pick out a cover. People from the nearby residential blocks come in all the time. Sometimes they just want to ask a question about how something works. We don't have a big staff, usually just one or two of us here to handle things. The morning is mostly about cleaning the glass cases and organizing what came in the day before. Dal Mill Road has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it. We don't have a website or any big posters. The sign above the door is simple enough. We just try to stock the items that people around here actually need. If a customer is looking for something specific, we try to find it for them in the back or order it. It’s a basic business, nothing more. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. It makes the day go by faster when you can talk to the locals while working.
