Novelty Comm.

Novelty Comm. is based in C R Park, at K 1/38. It’s a well-known neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. This shop is where we handle mobile phones and all the small things that go with them. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent talking to people about why their data isn't working or looking for a specific charger that fits an old model. We have those glass cases that always seem to have finger marks on them no matter how much we wipe. The area around here is nice, with lots of trees and people going to the markets. We get a lot of the same people coming in, so we know their names and what kind of phones they like. It’s a bit like a community spot sometimes. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know a bit about electronics. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we thought because the parts are hard to find. We just tell the customer the truth about it. We aren't trying to grow into some huge chain. We are happy right here in Chittaranjan Park. It’s a steady life. We close up for lunch, maybe have some food, and then get back to the phones. That’s just how we run things every day without much fuss.
