Non Stop Communications

We operate Non Stop Communications over in Uttam Nagar, specifically at B-15/16 in the Rama Park area. It’s a small storefront where we deal with everything related to mobile phones. Most of the work involves fixing things like cracked screens, charging ports that don't work, or buttons that have gotten stuck. I have a tiny workbench in the back with a soldering iron and some small tools. The front of the shop has a couple of glass cases where we keep some second-hand phones and a few accessories like covers and screen protectors. It’s a very busy part of Uttam Nagar, so there is always a crowd of people outside. We stay open pretty late because many people only have time to bring their phones in after they finish work for the day. Sometimes the shop gets so crowded that people have to wait on the pavement outside. It’s noisy because of the traffic and the metro nearby, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have any big marketing plans; we just rely on people in Rama Park knowing where we are. Dealing with tiny screws and delicate circuits all day can be tiring for the eyes, but it's what we do. We try to get the repairs done as fast as we can because people really hate being without their phones. It’s just a regular local shop for regular people.
