We've been here in Shiv Vihar Mangal Singh Market for a while now. People usually come to us when their phones act up or if they need a new pair of glasses. It’s just Nikhil Communication & Opticals, a small spot where we try to fix things or help someone see a bit clearer. It gets busy in the market, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes the internet is slow or a frame doesn't fit right away, but we work through it. We aren't doing anything fancy here. Just recharging phones, selling SIM cards, and showing people different spectacle frames. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it organized enough so you can find what you need without much trouble. We know most of the neighbors by name. If a phone screen is cracked, we take a look and tell you if it's worth fixing. It’s mostly just us handling the daily walk-ins. We open up in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down. There’s always someone coming in asking for a specific charger or a bit of advice on their vision. We just do what we can. It’s a simple setup. Nothing too complicated. We like being part of this area. It feels good when someone walks out happy with their new glasses. That's pretty much what goes on here every day. It's just a regular local shop where we keep things moving. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working.
