New United Telecom

We’ve been here at Kondli New B1/146 Main Road for a good while now. People around the neighborhood mostly know us as New United Telecom. Most days, it is just a few of us handling phone stuff, like fixing broken screens or getting people sorted with their monthly recharges and new connections. It gets pretty busy around noon, and the shop isn't fancy at all. We just have some counters and a few tool sets tucked away in the back corner. We see a lot of the same faces from the local blocks coming in when their data runs out or if they dropped their handset on the pavement while walking. It is a lot of sitting and fixing tiny parts under a bright lamp. Sometimes we run out of specific screen protectors for the newer models, but we try our best to keep things in stock. It is a small space, so you might have to stand and wait a bit if there are two or three people ahead of you in the queue. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of guys who know their way around a motherboard. Most people stop by while they are out doing their other grocery shopping on the main road. It is just how it goes here. We try to be fair with what we charge for repairs because we live around here too. Nothing too complicated, just a phone shop trying to keep things running for everyone nearby.
