New Mobile Plaza

New Mobile Plaza is located over in Govindpuri at number 104610. It’s a busy spot especially with all the foot traffic coming through Kalkaji area. We mostly deal with phones and the things that go with them like chargers or those glass guards that everyone breaks. The shop is small and sometimes the light inside flickers a bit if the wiring gets moody. We have a small desk in the back where the repair work happens. It’s usually covered in tiny screws and pieces of plastic from screens that didn't survive a fall. People come in looking worried because they lost their photos or their phone won't charge anymore. We try to look at it while they wait but sometimes parts take a day or two to arrive. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people shouting but inside we just focus on the small bits of technology. It gets dusty pretty fast because of the main road so we are always wiping down the glass counters. We aren't a big showroom with fancy uniforms or anything like that. Just a few of us who know how to fix things and sell what people are looking for. It’s a lot of sitting and waiting then suddenly everyone comes in at once. That’s just how it goes here in Govindpuri. We usually stay open late because people often realize they need something for their phone right before they go home to their families.
