New Look Telecom

You can find New Look Telecom on the second floor of Regant Mall in Karol Bagh. Being inside a mall is a bit different from being on the street, as it is a little quieter during the weekdays. We have been in this spot for a while now, focusing on mobile phones and all the little bits that go with them. Our display cases are filled with various models, and we try to keep a decent range of accessories like headphones and power banks. The mall can get really packed on the weekends, which means we stay pretty busy from morning until we close at night. I usually have one or two staff members helping me out with the customers. We spend a lot of time explaining how certain features work on the newer phones. It’s not a high-pressure place; we just let people look around and answer questions if they have any. Sometimes the lights in the mall flicker, but we just keep going. We handle basic repairs too, like changing batteries or fixing buttons that have stopped clicking. It is a decent place to work, and we get a lot of people who are just window shopping but end up buying a new cover or a screen protector. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the shop, put out the stock, and talk to whoever walks in. It’s a simple life for us.
