New Era Communications

We are over in Dilshad Garden, specifically in Pocket-H at 75-A. It’s a quiet enough corner compared to the main roads, which we like. This shop has been our main focus for a while now. We deal with mobile phones and all the little accessories that go with them. You know how it is, someone’s screen breaks or they need a new charger, so they walk in. We have a small workbench in the back where we try to fix what we can. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where every screwdriver and spare part is kept. The light in here isn't the brightest, but it works for what we do. Our customers are mostly folks from the nearby flats who have been coming to us for years. We talk about the weather or the local news while we work on their devices. It’s a simple life. We open up around ten in the morning and usually pack up by eight or nine at night. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the cars go by, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the tech and the daily walk-ins. We try to be honest about what can actually be fixed and what is just junk. That’s how we’ve kept going in Dilshad Garden all this time. It is just a small local business.
