New Chawla Tent House

If you head over to Vasant Kunj near the Masoodpur Dairy 2 area, you’ll find New Chawla Tent House tucked away. We provide tents and seating for all sorts of local events and functions. Our storage area is usually a bit of a mess with poles, colorful fabrics, and folded chairs stacked up high. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we’ve been doing this for many years in this part of Delhi. We don't have a website or a marketing department to speak of. Most people just walk in or call us because they saw our name on a board at a neighbor’s party or a wedding. The work is mostly labor-intensive, involving a lot of loading and unloading in the dust and heat. We know the streets of Vasant Kunj very well by now. When someone has a wedding or a small prayer meeting at home, they come to us for the setup. We try hard to be on time, though the traffic near the dairy can be very unpredictable some days. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s what we know how to do. We spend a lot of time mending tears in the fabric or painting the iron poles to keep them looking decent enough. It’s a very local business, and we prefer it that way. We don't make big promises, we just show up and put the tents up so people can have their gatherings.
