New Ajmani Telecom

New Ajmani Telecom is located in Uttam Nagar, specifically at 6 H RZ 13. I started this shop because I always liked tinkering with electronics. It is a small space, but we have managed to fit a lot of things inside. We sell basic mobile phones, the kind that last a long time, and also some of the newer smartphones. Most of our day is spent helping people with SIM card issues or setting up their new devices. Uttam Nagar is very crowded, and the street outside the shop is always loud, but you get used to it. I have a few stools for customers to sit on while they wait for their bill or a quick repair. We keep a stock of different chargers and earphones because people are always losing theirs. It is just me and one other guy working here most days. We try to keep things simple. If someone comes in with a broken charging port, we see if we can fix it right then and there. Sometimes it takes a day if we need a specific part from the market. We don’t have a website or anything like that; people just see the sign outside and come in. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us and the local residents. We know many of the faces around here because they pass by every morning. It feels like a real community business where everyone knows everyone else’s business.
