Neeraj Electronics

Neeraj Electronics is over at Chattarpur Extension, specifically at F 36 B. It’s a decent sized shop but we have so many things packed in that it feels a bit tight. We have been here for a while now, fixing all kinds of home electronics. If your fan stops working or your mixer grinder is making a weird noise, people usually bring it to us. Neeraj is the one who does most of the heavy repair work. He’s been working with wires and circuits since he was a teenager. The shop gets a bit dusty because of all the construction happening around Chattarpur, so we are constantly cleaning the counters. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just fix what is broken. Sometimes it takes a little longer if we have to wait for a specific part to arrive from the main market. We tell people honestly how long it will take. We don't see any point in lying about it. Most of our customers are locals who live in the nearby apartments. They know us and we know them. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us doing the work. We open up around ten in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It's a practical business for a practical neighborhood, and we like the routine of it.
