We are set up in the DDA Market in Paschim Vihar, specifically at BH West 11. It’s a typical local market spot where everyone knows everyone else. Our shop is small, mostly filled with mobile phones, cases, and those little things like screen guards and earphones. We spend most of our time sitting behind the glass counter waiting for customers to drop by. Some people come in because they forgot their phone password, others just need a quick recharge. We don't have any fancy displays or expensive lighting. It is just a simple shop with white tube lights and a few stools for people to sit on while they wait. The market can get really crowded on the weekends, and our shop feels even smaller then. We have a lot of regulars who come to us because we are right here in the neighborhood. We try not to make things complicated. If we can fix your phone, we say so. If we think it’s not worth the money, we tell you that too. It’s just us working here, sometimes a friend drops by and we have tea while things are slow. The shelves are a bit cluttered because we try to keep a lot of different accessories in stock. It’s a honest living and we like the people around here. We’ve been at this address for a good number of years now and it feels like a second home to us.
