Neelam Impex

Neelam Impex is tucked away at 206 in Karol Bagh. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our doors. We’ve been at this address for quite a while, and the space has seen a lot of changes. Inside, it’s mostly boxes and ledgers. We do a lot of importing and exporting work, so there’s always a lot of logistics to figure out. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a showroom. It’s more of a hub where we get things sorted and shipped out. Sometimes shipments get delayed or paperwork gets stuck, and we have to spend hours on the phone. It’s just part of the job. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know each other well. We don't have a human resources department or anything like that; we just talk things through if there’s a problem. The stairs up to 206 can be a bit steep, but we are used to them by now. We don’t spend much on marketing because we’ve got our steady clients who know where to find us. We just focus on getting the goods from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the boxes get where they need to go on time.
