Nayyar Communications is located right by the Badarpur Sabzi Mand. Being near the vegetable market means there is always a lot of noise and activity outside our door. The address is a bit of a busy spot, but we like it that way because there is always something to see. Our shop is quite small, and we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes so they don't fall over. We have been here for a good amount of time now, and we’ve seen the market change quite a bit over the years. People stop by after they finish their shopping to get their phones checked or to buy a simple plastic cover. It’s a very practical kind of place. We don't use any fancy language or try to be something we aren't. Most of our day is spent dealing with small repairs or helping people understand their new phone settings. The floor is made of old tiles that have a few cracks, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it keeps us cool enough. We are just a group of regular people working in Badarpur. We don't have a big marketing plan; we just rely on people knowing where we are and coming back when they need something. It’s a straightforward way to run a shop, and it works well enough for us and the locals here. We see no reason to change how we do things.
