Nav Durga Telecom

We are located in Rohini Sector - 2, which is a pretty busy residential area with a lot of shops and houses. Our place is called Nav Durga Telecom, and we mostly handle mobile phones and all the related stuff people need. It’s a small shop, and sometimes it gets quite crowded when a few people come in at the same time for recharges or repairs. We have glass counters filled with different mobile accessories, cables, and chargers. Most of the day is spent talking to neighbors who drop by because their screen cracked or their battery isn't holding a charge anymore. We aren't a big authorized service center, just a local spot where you can get things fixed without a lot of paperwork or waiting. Sometimes we sit out front when it’s slow and just watch the people go by in the market. It’s a simple business. We try to keep a good stock of the things people in Rohini actually use. If we don’t have something in the shop, we usually tell people where they might find it or see if we can get it by the next day. The lights stay on late because that’s when most people finish their own work and come by to check on their devices. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like being part of the local market here. We know many of our customers by name since they live just a few blocks away.
