National Telecom Centre

You can find National Telecom Centre at 35 A in the Jhandewalan Cycle Market. It is a bit of a funny place for a telecom shop since almost everyone comes to this market for bicycles or parts. But we have been sitting here at 35 A for a long time. It is a small space but it works for us. We handle mostly mobile recharges and small repairs for people in the area. Jhandewalan is always packed with people and cycles and rickshaws moving every which way. Our shop is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. We see a lot of laborers and other shopkeepers from the market coming in. They might need a new SIM card or just have a question about their phone bill. We do not have any fancy glass displays or bright neon signs. Just some simple counters and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. My uncle started this place years ago and now I help him out with the daily work. We know most of the other people who own shops on this block. It is a tight community and we often share tea in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. 35 A is not a big shop but we fit everything we need inside it. It gets quite hot in the summer because the buildings are so close together. We just keep the fan running and keep working.
