Naresh Communication

We are located over in Badarpur at Chuna Bhatti. It’s a busy spot and we see a lot of people passing through every day. Naresh Communication isn't a big place, just a small shop where we handle whatever phone problems come through the door. Most of the time it’s cracked screens or batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. We have a counter and some stools for people to sit while they wait, though it gets cramped if more than three people are inside at once. The walls are lined with chargers, cables, and cases. It gets pretty noisy with the traffic outside and the music coming from the shop next door. We start the day by cleaning the glass cases and checking what parts we need to order. It’s a lot of squinting at tiny screws and trying not to lose them on the floor. Sometimes a repair is easy, other times it takes all afternoon and a lot of patience. We aren't part of some big chain, it’s just us here trying to make a living. We know most of the regulars who live around Chuna Bhatti. If someone’s phone is acting up, they just drop it off and come back later. We don’t have any fancy uniforms, just normal clothes and some tools. It’s a straightforward business and we just try to keep things moving along. Sometimes we run out of parts and have to tell people to wait, but that's just life in the shop. We finish up when the last customer leaves.
