If you're looking for us, we're in Shiv Mandir Wali Gali right in the Narela Main area. The exact spot is Bhorgarh 68/1. It’s a narrow street but everyone knows the temple, so it's not too hard to find. We do a bit of everything here related to phones. Mostly it's recharges, selling small accessories, or helping people who can't get their internet to work. The shop isn't big. There's just enough room for the display cases and a small stool for someone to sit on. Being near the temple means there's always people walking by, especially on certain days when it’s crowded. We hear the temple bells all day while we’re working. It’s a very local vibe. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so the shop feels like an extension of home. Sometimes the kids from the street come in just to hang out. We don't mind. When the rain comes, the street gets a bit muddy and we have to keep the door mostly shut to keep the water out. We handle repairs on the small table in the back. It’s nothing fancy, just some screwdrivers and a lamp. We stay open as long as there are people around who might need something for their phones. We have a small rack for snacks and cold drinks too, because people often get thirsty while waiting. The counter is covered in a scratched-up piece of glass with some old photos under it. It works for us.
