Nakshatra Mobile Shop

Nakshatra Mobile Shop sits right at RZ B-26 in the Pratap Garden part of Uttam Nagar. It is a lively spot, mostly because of all the people walking by all day long. We opened up here because we noticed there weren't many places nearby that would just sit down and explain how a new phone works without trying to sell you the most expensive one. The shop is small, and sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it’s really hot outside, but we keep the doors open anyway. We have a lot of regular customers who come back every time they drop their phone or need a new charging cable. It is nice seeing familiar faces. We don't have any corporate training or fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like they are our neighbors, which they usually are. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit messy on the back shelves, but we know where everything is. Running a business in Uttam Nagar means dealing with a lot of traffic and noise, but it feels like home to us. We’ve been in this same spot for a while and plan to stay. If you need a screen fixed or just a cheap pair of earphones, we are usually here until late evening. It is just a basic, honest shop where we work hard and hope for the best each day.
