Nahaata Infocommunication

Our shop is located at Filmistan Model Basti, house number 85. We go by Nahaata Infocommunication and we have been in this neighborhood for a long time. It is an older part of the city, so the buildings have a lot of character, but they also have their share of issues. We focus on phones and general communication needs for the people living nearby. The shop is pretty basic with just a few desks and some shelves for the inventory. We don’t go in for big displays or bright lights. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. They might need a new SIM card or help fixing a tablet that won't charge. We spend a lot of time just talking to people and trying to explain why their devices are acting up. Model Basti can be a bit noisy with all the small workshops and shops nearby. We keep the radio on most of the day to drown out some of that noise. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive from the distributors. We just try to be honest about how long things will take. It’s a quiet way to make a living and we appreciate the people who stop by.
