Nagpal Telecom

You can find Nagpal Telecom at 20-21 Arya Samraj Road in Karol Bagh. It’s a busy corner of the city, and we’re right in the middle of it. We deal with phones and communication stuff, as you might guess from the name. The shop is usually crowded because Karol Bagh is always packed with people. We don't have a lot of space for fancy displays. Mostly, it’s just us behind the counter helping customers. We don't use any corporate talk. If you need something, you just ask and we see if we have it. It’s been this way for years. The noise from the market outside is something we’ve just learned to ignore. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just keep going. It’s a very local operation. We know the other shopkeepers on the road. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Delhi. We just want to get through the day’s work and help the people who walk in. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet. There’s always someone looking for a cable or a quick repair. We do what we can. It's a bit hectic but we enjoy being part of the Karol Bagh community and seeing familiar faces every day.
