We have been sitting here at Bhangel Main Dadri Road for quite a long time now. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a small place in Silarpur where we keep the counters full of screen guards and chargers. Most days it gets really dusty because of the traffic outside on the main road, so we spend a lot of our mornings just wiping down the glass displays. People come in mostly for small things like a new battery or because they dropped their phone and the screen is all cracked up. We don't promise to fix everything in five minutes because that's just not how electronics work. Sometimes a part takes three days to come from the city and we tell people that straight. My cousin helps me out during the evenings when it gets crowded. We have a small plastic bench for people to sit on while they wait, but usually, they just stand and talk. The fan in the corner makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the air moving at least. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People in Silarpur just know we are here. If a phone is beyond saving, we'll tell you to just buy a new one instead of wasting money on repairs. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps us busy enough from morning until we pull the shutters down at night.
