Mobile Shop & Tour & Travels

If you come down to Nizamuddin and look for T 21, that’s where you will find us. We started out just doing mobile stuff, like selling recharge cards and fixing small things on phones. Later on, we figured people also needed help with travel, so we started doing that too. It’s a small shop, honestly. It gets pretty cramped when more than three people walk in at the same time. Nizamuddin is a busy place with people always coming and going for the trains or the shrine, so we see all sorts of faces. One minute we are explaining a data plan to someone, and the next we are looking up train tickets or bus routes for a family. We don't have a big team or anything. It's just a couple of us handling whatever comes through the door. Sometimes the internet is slow and it makes the travel bookings take forever, which is frustrating but that's life. The shop is filled with mobile cases and chargers hanging on the walls. It isn't a high-end showroom. It's a practical place for people who need things done quickly. We keep it simple. No fancy uniforms or scripted greetings here. We just talk to people like regular neighbors. Sometimes we stay open late if there's someone needing help with a last-minute ticket. It’s just a small local spot in a very old part of the city, doing two different things under one roof.
