Mobi Spot

Mobi Spot is located at A-721 in the Khyala D D A Colony. It is a pretty straightforward mobile shop where we sell phones and do some basic repairs. The colony is a residential area, so we see a lot of the same faces coming in to top up their data or buy a new charger for their device. The shop isn't very large, just a few glass cases and a small desk in the back where we work on the broken screens and changing batteries. It can get a bit messy with all the small screws and tools lying around. We try to keep it organized but it's hard when you're busy with several customers at once. We don't use any fancy sales tactics here. If a phone is good, we say so, and if it's not worth fixing, we tell the customer that too. It’s better to be honest about it so they trust us. The lighting inside is a bit bright so we can see the small parts clearly. We usually have some music playing quietly to pass the time when no one is in. Most of our business comes from the people living right here in the D D A Colony. It’s a convenient spot for them to walk to. We stay open pretty late because that is when most people are home from work and realize they need help with their phones or need a quick recharge for their balance.
