Mobi Fone

We are located in Rohini at G-3/72-73. It’s a standard shop in a busy block where people come for all sorts of things. At Mobi Fone, we mainly focus on mobile phones and the various bits and pieces that go with them. The shop is divided into two sections, 72 and 73, which gives us a bit more room than some of the other stalls around here. We spend our days tucked behind the glass cases, showing people different covers or explaining how a certain feature works. It’s not a high-end boutique. We have some fluorescent lights that flicker sometimes and a tile floor that’s a bit chipped near the entrance. Most of our customers are from the surrounding apartments in Rohini. They come in because they dropped their phone or they need a new cable. We don't use any scripts or professional selling techniques. We just talk to people like normal humans. If a phone is too old to fix, we tell them straight instead of trying to sell them something they don't need. The area gets really crowded on the weekends, which means we are on our feet all day. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized, but we like being part of the local market scene. It’s a practical business for a practical neighborhood.
