MM Telecom

If you walk down Kakrola Main Najafgarh Road B 2, you’ll find our shop, MM Telecom. It’s right there on the busy stretch where the traffic never really stops. I spend most of my day behind the counter. Usually, people drop in because their phone screen cracked or they need a quick recharge for their data. The noise from the horns and buses outside is constant, but you get used to it after a while. It’s a small place, but we have enough room for the repair bench and a few shelves for accessories. My brother usually handles the software side of things while I talk to the customers and handle the money. We’ve been at this spot for a few years now. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the new models coming out every month, but we do what we can. We just try to fix what is broken and sell what people actually need. Sometimes someone comes in just to ask for directions because the road gets confusing for outsiders. We don't mind helping out. We keep a small cooler in the corner for the summer months. It gets really stuffy in here when the afternoon sun hits the front glass directly. We usually close up around nine most nights, depending on if we have a difficult repair to finish. It is just a regular local shop for the neighborhood.
