Sultanpuri is a crowded place, and being on the Raj Park Nangloi Road means there is never a quiet moment. Our shop is at B-1, right where you can see all the traffic passing by. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly related to mobile phones and recharges. It’s one of those places where people drop in for a quick minute to get their balance topped up or to ask why their internet isn’t working. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of stuff inside. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer to get things sorted. The road outside is always under some kind of repair or filled with rickshaws, so it’s a bit of a scramble sometimes. We’ve been here at this Sultanpuri location for a while now. Most of the people living in the Raj Park area know us by now. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just a communication shop. We open up in the morning and stay until late evening because that’s when people come home from work and realize they need something. Sometimes we just sit and watch the chaos on Nangloi Road while waiting for the next person to walk in. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s what we know. We just focus on getting the job done for whoever walks through the door.
