Mirza Communication

Mirza Communication is located over at A 55 in Okhla Vihar. If you've lived in Okhla for a bit, you probably know the street. We’ve been running this shop for a good while, mostly helping people with their mobile phones and internet stuff. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always someone popping in with a question about their balance or a phone that won't charge. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. It’s just a regular storefront where we sit and wait for customers. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, and we just deal with it like everyone else in the area. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Delhi, just a reliable one for the folks on this block. You might see us sitting outside when things are quiet, grabbing a tea. But when it's busy, it's really busy. We handle all sorts of repairs and recharges. It’s mostly hands-on work. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around just by people talking to their neighbors. If we do a decent job, they come back. That’s the way we like it. The shop at A 55 is basically our second home. It’s got everything we need to help out, and we’re happy to be part of the Okhla Vihar community without making a big deal out of it. We just keep things running as best as we can.
