Micromax Services

We are located in the M-Block of Vikaspuri, specifically at M-5/104, which is a fairly easy spot to find if you know the area. Micromax Services is where people bring their devices when things go wrong, whether it's a cracked screen or a battery that won't hold a charge anymore. The shop is kept functional, with benches for the technicians and a small counter for the customers. It gets busy in the afternoons when people are off work and realize they need their phones fixed before the next morning. We spend a lot of time under bright lights looking at tiny screws and circuit boards. It can be a bit tedious, but it is what we do. The neighborhood is nice, and we have a good relationship with the other shop owners around the block. We don't really do much in the way of talking ourselves up; we just take the devices, give a receipt, and tell the person when to come back. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to explain that to frustrated customers, which is never the fun part of the job. But mostly, it is just a routine of opening up, fixing what we can, and closing the shutters when the street lights come on. We don't have a huge staff, just a few guys who know their way around a motherboard and a screwdriver. We just try to be practical.
