Merittrac Services Pvt Ltd is over in Pitampura, at Wp-194C. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to find once you get off the main road and head into the lanes. The office is a bit tucked away, which is actually nice because it stays a bit quieter than the main market area. We have been here for a good while and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, but it feels like home to us. Most of the day is spent handling different service tasks and a fair bit of paperwork that comes with it. It is a lot of routine stuff, but it keeps the whole business running day in and day out. We have a small team here and everyone knows exactly what they are supposed to do when they walk in. There isn't a manager hovering over your shoulder all the time, which we all like. The furniture is a bit older, maybe from a few years back, but it is comfortable enough for an eight-hour shift. Pitampura is a busy spot, so there are always places to grab a quick samosa or a hot chai if you need a break from the screen. We don't have a big neon sign outside, just a small one near the entrance door. Most of the staff come in by metro since the station isn't too far of a walk if you cut through the back lanes. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where we try to get things right. There are no fancy breakrooms here.
