Mercury Cellular

Mercury Cellular has been a fixture at number 26 in the Defence Colony Main Market for quite some time now. It is a small shop, but we pack a lot of inventory into the space we have. We mostly deal with mobile phones, chargers, and those little bits and pieces like cables that always seem to get lost or broken at home. The market gets quite lively, especially in the evenings, so that is when we are usually the busiest with customers coming in and out. It is not one of those big, bright corporate stores you see in the fancy malls. We have glass counters and a lot of boxes stacked up behind us on the wooden shelves. People come in with cracked screens or phones that will not charge, and we do what we can to fix them right there on the spot. Sometimes we have to send things out to a specialist if it is a much bigger internal issue with the circuit board. We know a lot of the residents around here; they have been coming to us since they got their very first phones many years ago. We do not use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to you. We just tell you what is wrong and what it will cost to put it right. It is a bit tight when more than three people are inside at once, but we make it work. We are just here to help people stay connected without making a big deal out of it.
