Mehta Tents Decorators

Located over at Lajpat Nagar C-19 Part 2, right near Roxy Dry Cleaners, our shop is usually a bit of a mess with all the gear. Mehta Tents Decorators is mostly about the heavy lifting and the long hours. We have piles of metal pipes, rolls of colorful fabric, and stacks of wooden planks everywhere. It is not the kind of place that looks neat because there is always something being loaded onto a truck or coming back from a site. Being near the dry cleaners is a good landmark, as the street can get a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, setting things up for different events, but this shop is where everything starts. You will see us untangling ropes or checking the cloth for any tears. It is hard work, especially when the weather isn't helping, but we have been doing it in Lajpat Nagar for quite some time. The neighborhood is always buzzing, and we are just one part of that busy energy. Sometimes we are working late into the night when everyone else has gone home, just to make sure the tents are ready for the next morning. It is a physical job and our hands are usually calloused from the ropes and the poles. We do not have a flashy storefront, just the space we need to keep the equipment ready for the next job we have booked.
