We’ve been based out of Sarita Vihar at C-450 for a while now. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi and we spend most of our days here figuring out how to make things happen for different shows. Sometimes it feels like there’s never enough time in the day when we are coordinating with people or checking on gear. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. We handle a lot of the background stuff for entertainment that most people don’t see until the night of the event. It could be music, setup, or just making sure the lights work right when someone walks on stage. We mostly know the neighborhood well and the folks who drop by usually just want to talk through an idea they have. It’s mostly about getting the logistics right so nothing goes sideways at the last minute. The traffic around here can be a bit much in the evenings, but we stay late anyway to finish up. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, take the calls, and try to make sure everything is where it needs to be. It’s a lot of physical work and phone calls. Usually, someone is running around looking for a cable or a script. That's just how the day goes for us at Medley Entertainment. We keep our coffee pot going and keep at it.
