Media Exposition & Events

Media Exposition & Events is based in East Of Kailash, specifically at 112-A in the Sant Nagar area of Delhi. This part of Delhi is always crowded and full of life, which is quite different from the quieter suburbs. Our office is tucked away in this neighborhood, and it is where we manage all the exposition and event work we take on. It’s a busy place where we deal with a lot of paperwork and planning for various shows. Being in Sant Nagar means there are always people walking by and plenty of local shops nearby for lunch. The space we have is functional and helps us stay organized while we coordinate with different suppliers and venues. We don't really go for the high-end corporate look; it is more of a practical workspace where we can focus. There’s a lot of back-and-forth communication involved in setting up these events, so the phones are often ringing. We handle the logistical side of things, making sure the displays and event materials are where they need to be. Delhi traffic can be a nightmare, so we try to plan our movements carefully. Most of the staff has been here for a bit, so we have a routine down. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything goes as planned for the next exposition. It is a lot of coordination and simple hard work to keep things running smoothly from our office here.
