We are located at Je-16A in Gupta Colony, which is right in the heart of Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. If you know the area, you know how crowded and lively it can be. Our office is a small space tucked away in one of those narrow streets where parking is almost impossible. Media Entertainment Company is just the name we use, but we’re really just a handful of people squeezed into a couple of rooms. The walls are a bit thin, so we can hear the neighbors and the traffic all day long. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it has a lot of energy. We’ve got some old posters on the walls and a lot of tangled cables under the desks. We don't have a big budget for fancy furniture, so we just use what we have until it breaks. Lunch is usually something picked up from a nearby stall in Malviya Nagar because the food around here is great. We don't really follow a strict hierarchy or have long HR manuals. If something needs to be done, someone just does it. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, and we definitely lose things in the piles of paper every now and then. But we’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of Gupta Colony. It’s a real place with real people, and that suits our style just fine.
