Mccann Worldgroup

At Mccann Worldgroup, we operate out of 146 Gangotri Appts. in the Vikaspuri area of New Delhi. It’s a regular residential apartment that serves as our main workspace. We’ve been here for a good while, and it has become quite crowded with all our equipment and files. It’s not the kind of place you’d expect for a big name, but it works perfectly for us. We have desks squeezed into the rooms and there’s always someone working on a computer or talking on the phone. The atmosphere is pretty informal. We don't have a dress code or any of those corporate rules. Most days, we are just trying to get through a long list of tasks. The kitchen is always busy because we drink a lot of tea and coffee to keep ourselves going. Vikaspuri is a nice enough neighborhood, and we often step out to the local market when we need a break. The address 146 isn't hard to find once you get inside the Gangotri complex gates. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. Everything we have is chosen because it’s useful. Some of the chairs are a bit squeaky, but they are comfortable enough. We spend our time coming up with ideas and figuring out how to get them done. It’s a lot of back and forth between us, and sometimes it gets a bit loud, but that is just how we work together.
