Mccann Worldgroup

Mccann Worldgroup is located at J - 1882 in Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi. CR Park is a really distinct neighborhood, and being here makes the workday feel a little different than being in a typical commercial hub. Our office is basically a large house that’s been adapted for our needs. We have different teams spread out across the rooms on different floors. It’s not a polished corporate tower with a security desk at the front. Instead, you just walk up to the gate and come in. Inside, there are desks everywhere and plenty of notebooks and pens scattered around. We don't have a big canteen, so we usually go out to the local markets to get lunch or order something from the nearby stalls. The 110019 area is always lively, especially in the evenings when the markets really pick up. The office itself has a lot of character, with some old wooden furniture mixed in with our computers. We don't have any formal mission statements on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down and get our work done. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when several things are happening at once, but we’re used to it. The garden in the back is a nice place to sit for a few minutes if we need some fresh air. It’s a very human-scaled place to work, which we all appreciate.
