Mayur Light & Tent House

Our shop is in Motia Khan, Rani Bagh, specifically at number 1998. It’s a big storehouse for all the stuff we need for events. We have piles of metal poles, rolls of colorful fabric, and boxes of fairy lights everywhere. Most days are spent loading or unloading the trucks. When the wedding season hits, it’s complete madness around here. We are usually up late at night or very early in the morning. The floor is always a bit dusty from the tents being dragged around. We’ve been serving the local area for a long time, so most people around Rani Bagh know where to find us. It’s not a polished office; it’s a working space where things get fixed and cleaned. Sometimes we have to spend hours untangling lights or patching up a small hole in a tent. My clothes are usually covered in some kind of dust by the end of the day. We have a small table where we sit to talk to people about what they need for their functions. It’s loud, busy, and sometimes quite tiring, but it’s the life we know. We don’t have a website or anything, just the shop and our reputation in the neighborhood. It’s just us doing our best to get everything set up on time for the next party. There is always a pot of tea going in the back for the workers.
