We are located in Rohini Sector 8, specifically at C-7/61. This is a quieter part of the city compared to the main markets, but we still keep a steady pace throughout the day. The shop is set up to handle all kinds of mobile phone needs, whether it's a quick recharge or a more complicated hardware repair that takes a couple of days. We have a few glass display cases that show off the various accessories we keep in stock, like rugged cases and tempered glass. The interior is simple, with plain walls and a small area in the back where the actual repair work happens. We try to keep things as tidy as possible, but with all the small parts and tools, it’s a constant battle. Most of our customers are people from the nearby blocks who we see quite often. It feels more like a neighborhood hub than a cold business office. We spend a lot of time just talking to people about their devices and explaining why things might not be working right. The work is repetitive sometimes, but every broken phone is a different puzzle to solve. We usually have the door open to let some air in, and we can hear the kids playing in the park nearby during the afternoons. It’s a decent way to spend the day, and we are glad to be part of the community here in Sector 8. We stay until about nine every night when the street quietens down.
