Maverick Entertainment is located over at K-66 in Butla House, which is in the Okhla area of New Delhi. It is one of those spots that feels very lived-in and real. If you walk down the lanes here, you see all kinds of small businesses and homes packed together. Our place is K-66, and it’s a pretty simple building. We don't have any big neon signs or anything like that. It’s just where we come to work every morning. The streets around Butla House can be quite narrow and they are almost always full of people, rickshaws, and the smell of local food from the nearby vendors. It’s a lively place to be. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the noise and the pace of the neighborhood. Inside, we have what we need to get through our daily tasks. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a practical space where we can sit down and focus. People around here generally know each other, or at least they recognize the faces. We like being part of this local scene. It’s honest and it keeps us busy. Dealing with the logistics of being in Okhla is just part of the day. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the work gets done and we can find our way through the crowds, we are happy enough being right here in K-66. It is a humble but solid base for us.
