We've been here in the basement at A 212 in Lajpat Nagar I for a while now. Most people just walk down the stairs when they have a problem with their phone or need a new SIM card. It’s not a big fancy office, just a small space where we get things done. I usually handle the customers myself, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here when three people arrive at once. We deal with all sorts of recharges and small electronics. If you’re walking around the market, you might miss us because we’re tucked away downstairs. The lighting isn't the greatest, but we keep the place tidy enough. It's mostly just me and a couple of helpers trying to keep up with the technical side of things. People around here know where to find us when their screen cracks or they can't get their internet working right. We don't do anything too complicated, just the usual stuff that people need for their mobile phones every day. Lajpat Nagar is always busy, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Sometimes the tea guy stops by and we have a chat while waiting for a phone to finish updating. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any flashy signs, just the work we do. If you need something, you just come down and ask. We try to be quick, but sometimes repairs take time depending on what's broken that day. I often have to tell people to come back in an hour because the glue on their screen needs to set properly. It's just how the work goes.
