Setting up Manidhari Telecom on the 100 Futa Road in Chhattarpur was a big step for us. This part of Chhattarpur Pahadi is always moving, with bikes and cars going past all the time. Our shop at number 378 is easy to spot if you are looking for it, but the traffic can be a lot sometimes. We spend most of our day dealing with phone recharges and fixing small issues that people bring in. The heat gets a bit much in the afternoons, so we keep the fan running full speed. There are a lot of other shops around here, but we just focus on what is happening inside our four walls. People come in asking for all sorts of cables and chargers. Some days are very quiet, and we just sit and talk about the news or what is happening on the road. It is just us and the counter. We keep the books manually most of the time because it is easier that way. Sometimes the network in the area acts up, and we have to wait for things to start working again. It is a normal life here, just running a small shop and making sure people get their phones sorted out. We do not have any big goals, we just want to keep things going smoothly every day.
