Malhotra Communication is right here in Rani Bagh near Mahindra Park. It’s a decent area to have a shop. We mostly focus on mobile phones, selling them and fixing them when they act up. We have been around for a few years and the locals know the spot. It is not a shiny showroom like the ones you see in the malls. It is a working shop with tools on the bench and boxes stacked in the corner. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about their battery life or why their signal is weak. Sometimes we can fix it, sometimes we can't. We don't try to sugarcoat it. Living and working near Mahindra Park is good because there is always a bit of life around. We open up early and usually stay until the street gets quiet. We carry some covers and tempered glass for the popular models. It’s just the two of us usually working here. We don't have uniforms or a big handbook. We just know how to handle the hardware. If you are around Rani Bagh and your phone is giving you trouble, you can just walk in. We don't do appointments or anything formal. It is just a basic local business trying to do right by the people who live nearby. That is the long and short of it for us. We are just here doing our job.
