We are located in Uttam Nagar, specifically in the Sanatan Dharam Mandir Market 2. It is a busy little market area and we have been here at our shop for a good amount of time now. People come in mostly for mobile recharges or when they have some trouble with their SIM cards not working. The shop is small and the walls are covered with old posters of data plans that are likely out of date. We have a glass counter where we keep the new phones and the second-hand ones we managed to fix up recently. The market here is always full of people going to the temple or doing their grocery shopping, so there is never really a quiet moment. We drink our morning chai while setting up the small display stands outside on the pavement. Sometimes someone comes in just to ask how to use an app on their phone, and we show them if we are not too busy with a repair. It is a very local vibe here. We do not have a big corporate setup, just a computer, some ledgers, and a lot of patience. The Sanatan Dharam Mandir is a good landmark, so most people find our spot pretty easily without having to call. We try to keep things simple and just handle whatever the day brings to us. Whether it is a rainy afternoon or a hot Sunday, the shop stays open for the regulars who need help. It is just how we run things.
